The shirt features black French cuffs and a flare collar over a white body flecked with hand-painted blood splatters. Blood isn't real—actual blood loses its color over time. Sleeves zip off for versatility. Blouse buckles in the front, revealing whatever and however much of it you want underneath.

Skirt is a slightly-different color of white underneath, pleated black and white on top with hand-painted splatters throughout. Chain detail, painted and batiked painting with x-ray and DK detail. Cummerbund features hand and foot x-ray paintings and four skull-and-bones buckles on both sides.
